House 22 is a Resort Styled Retreat located in the stunning city of Port Lincoln, South Australia.

My goal is to make your stay here as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Along with my husband we aim offer a unique style of accommodation located in a provate setting on 5 acres just on the outskirts of town.

I am friendly, helpful and unique in the way I offer our guests the opportunity to book directly with me, the property owner!

This property is tucked up and away for privacy on 5 acres just a 7min drive into the CBD.

All guests and visitors feel the relaxed vibe on arrival, finding it hard to leave.

HOUSE 22 is perfect for a couple wanting privacy, close to town. Friends or a small group wishing to sit back and soak in ocean views from either one of the timber decks, sit by a bon-fire on a chilly night, or simply sit in the sun on the manicured lawn.

We use this home as our own Holiday Home too so the pantry is fully stocked way beyond your basics. Good quality cookware, knives and cutlery. Soap, Shampoo, & Conditioner.

All you literally need to bring is your suitcase.

50 metres away is a modern Studio with it's own Tuscan Garden including a tranquil water feature. Surrounded by 6 metre conifer hedging STUDIO 22 offers a second space for extended guests or may be hosting others.

Both of us are fastidious people who appreciate guests that treat our home like their own.

We hope to attract like minded people that love manicured gardens and quality furnishings. Those that love quality, peace, space and coastal vibes.

What more can one ask for? At night, one can look out to view the night sky and the stars and ponder the mysteries of the universe. This is just such a lovely house; I can stay here for weeks!"
